WildeCamp Counselors are educators and counselors for the WildeCamp program. WildeCamp is a residential camp experience for children ages 8-18. Counselors spend weeklong periods, of up to seven days, living at WildeCamp with the campers. During these weeklong periods, Counselors are responsible for the safety and well-being of their campers. They will teach educational lessons, lead outdoor activities (swimming, fishing, canoeing, hiking, etc.) and create fun and memorable opportunities for EVERY child. When Counselors are not living at camp, affordable housing is available on Wilds’ property. During weeks when they are not actively living at camp, Counselors serve as support for the staff who are staying with the campers. They assist with camp activities, organize meals and help to maintain the camp.
